The staff greeted me with such enthusiasm, it really set a positive tone for my visit. The bar area looked amazing. It had a REALLY modern design that I loved! My room had super comfortable beds. I slept wonderfully.
I heard cleaners banging around outside my door quite early on a saturday morning. It was like I was rushed to leave.

This hotel had a very convenient location very close to the train station. I found it really easy to get around, due to being near public transit. The proximity to different locations made planning my days simpler.

My room was super clean, with clean common areas! The bed felt great and contributed to a restful night. The room had enough space for my stuff and included a safe for keeping stuff stored.

Fantastic Stay!
coffee barmodern design
The 24/7 coffee and tea bar on each floor was especially convenient. I found the modern design of the rooms to be well thought out. The Marshall amp in the room was AMAZING!!! I also liked the option to get drink vouchers instead of housekeeping.

The location near the train station worked well. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. The hotel decor and ambiance were NICE.
The room I was in felt quite small. The washroom felt enclosed, as it was all glass. The room could not easily accommodate two large suitcases.

The breakfast was quite good, with lots of continental options to pick from. I found fresh fruit, pastries, and a selection of cheeses. The location is convenient. The station is a short walk. I liked the modern style of the room.
The room was somewhat small. It could be challenging for longer stays with lots of luggage.

the staff at the bar were acceptable I can confirm.
the elevator service proved quite slow I noticed. i waited several minutes each time i needed it. the stairs looked unfinished with exposed concrete this disappointed me. it seemed the hotel wanted guests to avoid using them completely

mixed feelings about my stay
sound proofingearly morning
the rooms dont appear soundproofed at all. i could hear cleaners banging around early in the morning, around 8:30 am. this felt quite rude, especially on a saturday, and woke me up sooner than i wanted. it disrupt my stay a great deal
